Forresters has once again been recognised in the latest edition of WTR 1000 – the World Trademark Review’s guide to the world’s leading trade mark firms and professionals. Our firm was ranked in the review for trade mark prosecution and strategy for another consecutive year.
Partners Kate Cruse and Janette Hamer, and senior associate Mark Bhandal, were also recognised as recommended individuals.
Owing to his commitment to client service over the last 12 months (and indeed many years before that), former partner Steven Wake was also highlighted in the rankings. Steven retired in October 2025, after 40 years with the firm.
The WTR 1000 rankings of firms and individuals are based on the level of work typically instructed, the depth of individual expertise, and a firm’s market presence, alongside wide-ranging feedback of industry peers and clients.
