Mark became a fully-qualified Chartered Trade Mark Attorney in 2012. He deals with all aspects of trade mark law and practice. He particularly enjoys working with clients to maximise their trade mark protection, both in terms of the number of brands and in terms of geographical extent. He has considerable experience in relation to trade mark enforcement matters, and preparing coexistence agreements and letters of undertaking to reach a settlement.

  • T-690/18 – General Court – Sony Interactive Entertainment Europe v EUIPO – Vieta Audio (Vita).

  • T-690/14 – General Court – Sony Computer Entertainment Europe v OHMI – Marpefa (Vieta).

Personal Interests

Mark is a sports enthusiast; though he considers himself more of a spectator these days. He enjoys travelling, as well as snowboarding and scuba-diving on an occasional basis.
