Trade Mark Trainee

Trade mark attorneys look after the signs that businesses use to set them apart.

As a trade mark attorney, you will help clients identify, protect, enforce and manage their valuable brand assets.

From the first day you join as a trade mark trainee, you will have access to a wealth of experience, support, and supervision.  After an initial period of getting used to our processes and learning the ropes, you will work on real cases, be encouraged to study and research to boost your knowledge and will be able to take part in regular team meetings to share information and best practices.

We place a particular emphasis on lateral thinking and consider wider commercial issues when advising our clients. The ability to convey important and complex information clearly and succinctly is especially important in helping clients understand the issue at hand. You will have the opportunity to work with our attorneys and partners and experience working with a wide range of our clients. Gaining a breadth of exposure as a trade mark trainee is essential to building a successful career as a fully qualified trade mark attorney.
