For people to achieve their best, they have to feel their best.

We place great importance on supporting our employees with their physical and mental wellbeing.

As well as offering one-to-one support, we have a dedicated Mental Health and Wellbeing Group, which provides resources to our colleagues to reduce stigma and promote positive mental health in the workplace. The group has introduced several initiatives to encourage everyone to make their emotional health a priority.

Mental Health First Aiders

Many of our colleagues have received accredited mental health training, and we have several Mental Health First Aiders in each office.

Wellbeing - Webinars

Mindfulness Webinars

We host sessions with mindfulness coaches. Through different exercises, employees explore mindfulness techniques, discuss gratitude, managing thoughts and emotions, and embracing self-acceptance.

Wellbeing - EAP

Employee Assistance Programme

Confidential support is available to all employees through our Employee Assistance Programme (EAP). They can access help with any personal or professional challenge which may be impacting their wellbeing.

Team Lunches

We offer the opportunity for colleagues in all offices to get together at least once a month for lunch.

Charity Work

Empowering employees to make a difference, our 'Giving Something Back' scheme grants a paid day for volunteering with local charities. They can connect with their communities, support causes they care about, and contribute to positive change.
