Forresters is a leading full-service intellectual property firm with an international client base.

We have offices in the UK and Germany and excellent relationships with a wide network of overseas associates.

We are proud of our long-standing reputation for delivering clear, sensible and practical advice to clients looking to protect and enforce their IP. Our team comprises around 60 IP professionals, including 23 partners, across offices in London, Munich, Birmingham and Liverpool.

History

In 2024, we celebrated a significant milestone – our 140th anniversary. Despite our long history, we are run by a young and dynamic partnership with a fresh approach to our clients’ requirements.

In 2024, 2023 and 2022, we were highly ranked in the prestigious Financial Times “Leading Patent Law Firms in Europe” survey based on recommendations from our clients. Many of our attorneys have received recognition for their work from renowned publications IP Stars, WTR 1000 and IAM Patent 1000.

Environment

Committed to sustainability, we offset travel emissions where possible, use eco-friendly booking platforms, and work from The Gherkin, London's iconic eco-skyscraper. Planet Mark accreditation is our next aim.

Charity Work
