I graduated from the Jagiellonian University in Krakow, the second oldest university in Central Europe, with a Master’s degree in Forensic Psychology.
During my studies I learnt a lot about human behaviour, personality and mental processes, including perception, cognition, attention, as well as emotion (affect) and motivation. My main focus now is organisational psychology, which examines the effects of work environments and management styles on an employee’s motivation, job satisfaction, and productivity.
My role at Forresters is to analyse and enhance organisational processes. This involves working to improve quality, productivity and efficiency. I also provide Records and Renewals team members in all our offices with internal training and assist them in daily operations. With almost 15 years’ experience in an IP support role, I have a broad understanding of formalities across all intellectual property types, including renewals and European validation.
When not working, I like to immerse myself in the alternative worlds of fantasy books. I also enjoy gardening, which is my recently discovered passion, and I have an ambitious plan to grow my own organic vegetables.
