Forresters and three members of the trade mark team have been recognised in the 2025 WTR 1000 guide to the world’s leading trade mark firms and professionals.
Partners Janette Hamer and Kate Cruse, and Senior Associate Mark Bhandal were highlighted as recommended individuals. Forresters achieved a bronze ranking for trade mark prosecution and strategy.
The WTR 1000 rankings of firms and individuals are based on depth of expertise, market presence, the level of work typically instructed upon, alongside peer and client feedback.
Researchers concluded in their editorial that Forresters has a team of “knowledgeable experts (who) are extremely responsive and offer practical advice, making them a trusted partner for all IP matters”.
