Jon Gowshall and Matt Barton have been highlighted as leading practitioners in patent prosecution, with Jon described as “a practical adviser with an excellent record of success”. In addition, Forresters has been ranked as a recommended firm for patent prosecution.
The IAM Patent 1000 is based on research to identify outstanding firms and individuals across multiple jurisdictions. Factors such as depth of knowledge, market presence and the level of work on which firms and attorneys are typically instructed, as well as positive peer and client feedback, are taken into account when compiling the rankings.
