Long service awards were introduced by Forresters in 2022, and this year were presented at all three of our UK offices.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">At our London office, Legal Administrators Nirupa Shah and Carole Clarke were commended for their respective 20 and 15 years with the company.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Five staff members at our Birmingham office received awards, including one of our Partners&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/forresters-ip.com\/people\/dr-jagvir-purewal\/\">Jagvir Purewal<\/a>, and Credit Controller Lidia Kotlarz-Birbeck, who have each spent ten years at Forresters, as well as Senior Accounts Assistant Neil Darby and Legal Administrator Diane Ellis, who have both been with the firm for 20 years.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Of all those who received awards, IT supervisor Les Wood has been with Forresters the longest, having accumulated an incredible 35 years of service.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"800\" height=\"450\" src=\"https:\/\/forresters-ip.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/03\/Forresters-celebrate-employee-achievements-with-long-service-awards-2.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-2843\" srcset=\"https:\/\/forresters-ip.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/03\/Forresters-celebrate-employee-achievements-with-long-service-awards-2.jpg 800w, https:\/\/forresters-ip.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/03\/Forresters-celebrate-employee-achievements-with-long-service-awards-2-300x169.jpg 300w, https:\/\/forresters-ip.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/03\/Forresters-celebrate-employee-achievements-with-long-service-awards-2-768x432.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 800px) 100vw, 800px\" \/><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\"><em>(l-r) Neil Darby, Lesley Wood, Matt Shaw, Lidia Kotlarz-Birbeck, Diane Ellis and Jagvir Purewal.<\/em><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Members of staff at our Liverpool office were also celebrated, including Senior Records Administrator Irene Rankin and Renewals Administrator Billie-Kay Nagle, who have each been with the firm for ten years, as well as Trade Mark Paralegal Samantha Nagle and Senior Associate\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/forresters-ip.com\/people\/david-murphy\/\">David Murphy<\/a>, who each celebrated 20 years of service.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"800\" height=\"600\" src=\"https:\/\/forresters-ip.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/03\/Forresters-celebrate-employee-achievements-with-long-service-awards-3.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-2844\" srcset=\"https:\/\/forresters-ip.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/03\/Forresters-celebrate-employee-achievements-with-long-service-awards-3.jpg 800w, https:\/\/forresters-ip.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/03\/Forresters-celebrate-employee-achievements-with-long-service-awards-3-300x225.jpg 300w, https:\/\/forresters-ip.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/03\/Forresters-celebrate-employee-achievements-with-long-service-awards-3-768x576.jpg 768w, https:\/\/forresters-ip.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/03\/Forresters-celebrate-employee-achievements-with-long-service-awards-3-616x462.jpg 616w, https:\/\/forresters-ip.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/03\/Forresters-celebrate-employee-achievements-with-long-service-awards-3-680x510.jpg 680w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 800px) 100vw, 800px\" \/><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\"><em>(l-r) Samantha Nagle, Irene Rankin, Billie-Kay Nagle and David Murphy.<\/em><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For Samantha, there\u2019s a simple reason why she has stayed at Forresters as long as she has. She told us: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">20 years sounds like a long time however, it doesn\u2019t feel like a long time to me. I suppose that\u2019s because I love my job!<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Senior Associate David Murphy said: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Having been a part of Forresters for 20 years now, it seems quite poetic that I\u2019ve now been here long enough to see some of my earliest filed patents expire! I\u2019ve thoroughly enjoyed my time here, and hope to be here for many more years to come.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Matt Shaw, managing partner at Forresters, spoke highly of the value of long-service awards, telling us: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We are immensely proud to be recognising our longest-serving staff members with long service awards once again this year.
