Senior Inprotech Developer
As a result of continued growth, we are expanding our Inprotech technical team and are looking for a Senior Inprotech Developer to support all our offices. For the majority of the time, you will be based in one of our UK offices and once established, you will be able to enjoy the benefit of hybrid working.
This is an exciting opportunity for career and technical progression and doesn’t just include working on Inprotech; even though the majority of our projects have some form of connection to Inprotech.
We are looking for an experienced individual who has a broad/in-depth knowledge of the following Inprotech modules:
- Cases, names, countries, control program, case windows
- Policing requests and policing server
- Doc production, doc/data items, letter maintenance
- CPA interface (not a requirement if your firm doesn’t engage with CPA)
- Word template creation/maintenance (some experience in this area would be a bonus)

Legal Administrator
We are looking to recruit an experienced Legal Administrator to join our friendly team in our Birmingham or Liverpool offices. This is a full-time, permanent role. You will also have the opportunity to work from home with hybrid working.

The purpose of this role is to provide first-class legal admin support to the patent/and or trade mark fee earners, some examples of tasks include preparation of dictated technical correspondence, diary management, preparation of online forms for registration of patents, trademarks and designs, preparing reports and drafting invoices, letters, emails and occasional travel schedules. As you will be working closely with partners who may be remotely based in our other offices (Birmingham, Liverpool, London and Munich), excellent communication skills will be essential.
You will be capable of working both independently and as part of a team and can readily demonstrate your excellent organisational and communication skills. You will possess a commitment to quality and attention to detail; a high level of accuracy is essential because of the deadlines we work to.
